These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
Please check that your order details and delivery address are correct before completing your purchase.
You should receive an order confirmation after your order has been successfully placed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment already made for the affected item or order.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only.
Every Coastline Paper Co. order is carefully packed by us here on the Swansea coast before being sent on its way to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and, on occasion, delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Due to differences in screens, lighting and product batches, colours may occasionally appear slightly different in person.
Our collections are carefully coordinated and, where stated in the individual product description, some small decorative items or designs may vary. Any substitutions will be chosen to complement the overall collection as closely as possible.
All products are subject to availability.
Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens and we are unable to provide the item, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution or refund the affected item.
Cancelling an Order & Returns
We hope you love your Coastline Paper Co. order, but if you change your mind, you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items should be unused and in their original condition, with their original packaging where possible.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
Once we have received and checked your return, any refund due will be issued to your original payment method.
Nothing in these terms affects any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We carefully prepare every Coastline Paper Co. package, but if an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please contact us before returning a damaged, faulty or incorrect item so we can help arrange the next steps.
Your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through the payment services provided by our website and payment providers.
Payment details are processed securely through our payment provider, and Coastline Paper Co. does not store your full card details.
Our Responsibility
We will take reasonable care to ensure that information on our website is accurate and that orders are prepared and supplied appropriately.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under UK law or affects your statutory consumer rights.
